We do not invent an affiliate arrangement or present a commercial destination as an independently approved provider.
Keep the evidence questions separate
- A registry entry describes a sponsor-submitted plan or status, not a posted result.
- A sponsor announcement is attributed to its sponsor, not relabeled as regulatory approval.
- An agency record is read within its date, document type and jurisdiction.
- A laboratory report concerns its sample, methods, results and limits, not every container or human-use suitability.
- Original business worksheets are suggestions for review, not claims that a provider has certified or agreed to every step.
Source-check dates mean the linked sources were inspected on those dates. They do not make an old record new, establish a complete literature search or imply a qualified clinical review. Author and reviewer names or qualifications must be real and approved; none are invented here.
Current release status
Publication and source dates are distinct from review status. Seventeen old blog articles have conservative language revisions with original publication dates retained. Detailed unsupported tables and personal-use directions are withheld. The 45 compound profiles and other legacy pages remain unreviewed and noindex. New material is reviewed before public indexing.
Corrections
A useful correction identifies the page, the exact claim, the proposed change and a claim-specific primary source with its date. Actual substantive corrections are labeled in place, including the BPC-157 trial prediction and the retatrutide Phase-2-only framing. Publication dates are not reset to make old reporting look new.
